Collaborating on a Manual - Getting set up

We get a lot of questions about how to best collaborate on manuals with ScreenSteps Live. Here are some workflows that should make collaboration easier.

Create the Manual

One user should initially create the manual and scope out some chapters and lessons. See this lesson:

Create a Manual Stub Out Your Lessons

Upload Your Manual to ScreenSteps Live

Have Authors Download the Manual

Have your authors download the manual from ScreenSteps Live. This will create a link between their desktop version of the manual and the online version.
