If your authors are making changes to individual lessons in your manual then they don't need to worry about syncing the entire manual. The easiest approach is to do the following:

1. Make the necessary changes to the lesson.
2. Upload the lesson to ScreenSteps Live. It will automatically be updated in the manual.
