Installing ScreenSteps Live for Salesforce

To begin installation the ScreenSteps Live for Salesforce application use one of the links below.

Version 1.14

Standard Installation
https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000LiWu

Install in a Sandbox Account
https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t50000000LiWu

After clicking on one of the above links, you will be prompted to provide a username and password for the organization in which you would like to install the package. The installation process will then begin.

Login

Click Continue

A screen similar to this should appear after you login. The only real difference you may see is the version name/number and the description.

Click Continue.

Click Next

Choose Security Level

After selecting a security level, click Next.

Install

Check the Ignore Apex test failures checkbox and click install to finish the installation.

Success!

After a few moments you should see a screen similar to this. At this point the installation is complete and you can move on to configuration.
