Configuring SAML with OneLogin

Add the ScreenSteps Live App to OneLogin

Add_the_screensteps_live_app_to_onelogin_display Zoom
  1. Select Apps.
  2. Select Find Apps.
  3. Search for ScreenSteps Live.
  4. Select add.

Select SAML and then select Continue.

Enter Subdomain and Update

Enter_subdomain_and_update_display Zoom

Enter your ScreenSteps Live subdomain and select Update.

Copy SAML Login URL

Copy_saml_login_url_display Zoom

Copy the SAML Login URL. You will need it for part of the ScreenSteps Live configuration.

Get x.509 certificate

Get_x.509_certificate_display Zoom

You will need the x.509 certificate from OneLogin to complete your setup. To get the certificate do the following:

  1. Select Security tab.
  2. Select SAML tab.
  3. Download certificate.

Go to Remote Authentication Settings

Go_to_remote_authentication_settings_display

Go to Remote Authentication in your ScreenSteps Live account.

Configure Settings

Configure_settings_display Zoom
  1. Enable remote authentication
  2. Set the mode to SAML.
  3. Enter the SAML Login URL you copied from OneLogin.
  4. Select Choose File to upload your OneLogin x.509 certificate.

Choose Certificate

Choose_certificate_display Zoom

Save Settings

Save_settings_display Zoom

Test

Test_display

Open a new browser and enter the test url (1) to ensure that everything is working correctly.

If everything is setup correctly then you can select Disable password login (2) to require all of your users to authenticate through OneLogin.
