How do I Unlock a Manual for Editing?
If you get an error message that someone has canceled your upload when posting a manual to ScreenSteps Live then most likely it is because someone else has locked the manual you are trying to edit. Before posting you will need to unlock the manual.
Override Lock
If you know that the other user is not currently editing the manual and simply forgot to unlock it then click Override Lock (1) to unlock the manual. If you aren't sure then you might want to contact the author (2) to find out if they are still editing the manual.
