Adding a widget to a Zendesk page
This lesson will show you how to add the ScreenSteps Live widgets to your tickets pages on Zendesk.
Go to a Ticket
It doesn't matter which ticket you go to.
Select a Widget
The widgets you have added to your account will appear on the right. Select one. Right now we will add the Search Tutorials widget we created.
Add Another Widget
The widget will be added to the sidebar. To add another widget select Edit widgets on this page.
Select Next Widget
Select the next widget you want to add.
That's It!
You can now see both widgets in the sidebar. These will appear on every ticket screen.
