Teach your agents to respond with documentation

Respond to tickets with links to answers

Teach your support agents to use the ScreenSteps Live Zendesk Search Widget to respond to customer questions.

  1. Search for an answer to the question.
  2. Click a lesson title to copy the link to the support ticket.

The average time it takes your team to respond to a ticket will drop dramatically.

Use the ScreenSteps Live Support Client to respond to support chats

Since the chat window doesn't support widgets, use the ScreenSteps Live Support Client to quickly respond to support requests. The ScreenSteps Live Support Client lets you search your lessons and copy out urls. It can be used with the Zendesk support chat tool or any other third-party tool.

Train your team to create documentation when it is missing

If a question comes in that hasn't been answered in your ScreenSteps Live documentation, train your team to create a new lesson and publish it to your manual. This way your documentation will grow quickly based on real user questions.
