How do I Make a Space Private?

By making a Space private you can control access to all of the contents in that space. A public Space is viewable by everyone.

Select the Edit Properties icon for the Space you would like to protect.

Select Update

The space will now appear with a padlock on it. You will need to add Readers or Groups to the Space in order for them to access it.
