Space Descriptions and Sidebar Messages
You can use messages and descriptions on a space to provide more information to your users.
What Your User Sees
When you add a message or description to a space they will be displayed to your users. You can include links to your main site, download urls, or anything else you might want to present to your users.
1. Description - this will appear under the Space title and probably shouldn't be too long.
2. Sidebar Message - this appears in the sidebar. It can be as long as you would like.
Select Edit Space Properties
Select the Edit Space Properties icon for the Space you wish to edit.
Edit Properties
Enter your description and sidebar message. You can use basic HTML or Textile formatting.
Select Update
Select Update to save your changes.
