How do I Add an Author to a Space and Manual
Once you ad an Author to a space they will be able to create manuals in that space. But they can not publish manuals. If you would like an Author to also be able to work on existing manuals you must assign them to the manual.
Select Add Authorized Users
Go to the Spaces tab and select Add Authorized Users.
Add the Author
Select Add for the author you want to add. Once the author is added he/she will be able to create new manuals in that assigned space but will not be able to publish them.
Assign Manuals
Check off the manuals you would like the Author to be able to edit/contribute to.
NOTE: Only manuals that have already been assigned to the space will show up in this list.
