Replacing content of an Existing Zendesk Forum Post
In addition to creating new forum posts in Zendesk, ScreenSteps can also replace the content in an existing forum post. This lesson will show you how this is done.
Important Note: ScreenSteps will only update the forum post. None of the comments will be affected. ScreenSteps will not delete any attachments associated with the original post. If you have any attachments that you no longer want to associated with the forum post you will need to manually delete them.

Breaking a Link Between a Lesson and a Web Server
As of version 2.8.7 you can break the link between a lesson and a web server. This allows you to upload the lesson to the web server as a new document rather than updating the existing document.

Configuring a Zendesk Web Export Account
With Zendesk export support you can now use ScreenSteps to quickly generate forum posts that speak through pictures. ScreenSteps will upload all of the images and lesson text for you and your forum post will be ready to go.
Here are some instructions for configuring a web export account that will upload to Zendesk. You must have ScreenSteps 2.8.7 or higher to post to Zendesk.
